Those attending Bett Academies (NEC, Birmingham) on 17th March will get the chance to hear Andrew Fields, CEO of Aspire Academy Trust, discuss the shape of the new educational landscape. Presenting at 13:45 on the Friday of the event, Andrew will be reminding us of the opportunities that this new educational landscape offers academies and MATs.

At Bett Academies (16-17 March, NEC, Birmingham), Tom Rees, headteacher and director of Northampton Primary Academy Trust (pictured above, far left), will be sharing his school’s journey to becoming part of Northampton Primary Academy Trust (NPAT). He will also be explaining why, for better and for worse, it’s a marriage worth maintaining. The seminar session at 14:55 on Friday 17th March is free to attend, and is designed to give schools alternative ideas around gaining academy status.

The Education Show will be coming to the NEC, Birmingham next week (16th-18th March - find Innovate My School at Bett Academies stand D8), and offering teachers the opportunity to learn more about the latest issues in education, meet fellow educators from across the country, and discover exciting new methods and resources to enhance the way we teach and learn in the UK. With an entire theatre dedicated to special educational needs (SEN), this area of the show is set to be as insightful and inspiring as ever!

The line up of high-profile industry pioneers at Bett Academies (16th-17th March 2017, NEC, Birmingham) has grown to offer inspiration for senior leaders in academies, MATs and schools exploring academisation. Running alongside The Education Show at the NEC Birmingham, Bett Academies is free to attend and offers visitors the highest quality continuing professional development (CPD), advice and guidance. Innovate My School will be at Stand D8, so be sure to come by and say hello.

At this year’s Education Show (NEC Birmingham, 16th-18th March), attendees will see the launch of Bett Academies (16th-17th March), an event designed to meet the needs of the increasing number of schools with, or that are converting to, academy status. Innovate My School (Stand D8) is partnering with the Bett Academies team here, with the event set to be the national centre of excellence dedicated to providing the very best advice, guidance and inspiration to academies, MATs and schools exploring academisation.

On the back of our BETT Show success in January, we’re tremendously proud to be joining BETT Academies at this year’s Education Show. On the 16th and 17th March we'll be filming more Innovation Bursts videos, telling visitors about our popular speed dating events, and handing out free printed copies of the annual IMS Guide. If you’re attending, be sure to visit us at Stand D8.
