The British Army has launched new Wellness and Mental Health resources for young people aged 11-16, which schools can use free-of-charge. These digital resources for Key Stages 3 and 4 focus on four topics: Coping with Stress, Managing Change, Healthy Minds and Support Networks.

The internet is a brilliant learning tool with endless possibilities, but it also presents endless dangers. In the early 2000s we taught students to be wary of talking to strangers online and of posting anything that you wouldn’t want a future employer to see. In addition to those risks, which are still present, we now also have to worry about cyber bullying and the implications of live streaming, among new risks that develop at an unmanageable rate.

Aspire Training Solutions and Succeedin Limited are have joined forces to bring their online PECS (PE Curriculum Support) platform to Primary schools across the UK. Both Aspire (Stand L55) and Succeedin (Stand K54) will be exhibiting at the Education Show (16th – 18th March) at the Birmingham NEC, with educators invited to visit and discuss how the companies can support primary PE delivery.
