The Premier Interlink's innovative modular construction system has a design life which can exceed 100 years and has a much smaller carbon footprint which will reduce both energy and maintenance costs. The system also provides surety of cost, much faster completion times and far less site disruption.
The Roundhay School Project is a part of the Leed's City Council's 4 year 'Basic Needs Framework' agreement to meet the future educational needs of the city's children, particularly the requirement to provide more primary school facilities.
Premier Interlink is also constructing single storey extensions for Wykebeck and Bracken Edge School in Leeds to meet this increasing demand for primary places as part of the same agreement.
