I have worked with NetMedia for about 4 years and have found the way in which they have developed the booking system to be excellent. They have addressed any issues with speed and have enabled us to use the system for all our parents evenings. Our parents enjoy the opportunity to have control over their bookings and it has increased the number of bookings we have substantially. The tracking aspect also allows us to see who has not booked and made contact with the parents. It has taken the information from SIMS with no problems it is a shame that it does not talk with SIMS on a continual basis because you have to make changes when students change sets or are new to the school.

Very pleased with the product and I have recommended it to numerous school in the South West.
