Publisher's description

We are proud to be able to offer bespoke, creative, action-based CPD in your own classroom, delivered by a pool of highly experienced education and creativity experts.

We have a passion for supporting schools to innovate and improve, using creativity to transform the aspirations and achievements of pupils.  Over the past eight years we have been a partner to 350 primary, secondary and SEN schools and have worked with over 4,000 teachers and school leaders.

At Curious Minds we understand that time is precious and CPD budgets are increasingly tight. We offer training that is tailored specifically to meet the needs in your school, giving you great value for money.

We specialise in using creativity to improve every aspect of school life, whether this is improving a particular curriculum subject or something more specific, such as addressing behaviour or involving pupils in decision making.

Our sessions are very practical so that teachers leave knowing they have a new set of skills they can take back to the classroom immediately.  We can work with teachers in any setting, design and discuss content so that it’s exactly right for you.

We offer a single, targeted session to a year-long programmes, using techniques which could include modelling practice, classroom observation, supported peer to peer skills sharing, videoing, coaching, guided reflection on learning, 1-to-1 mentoring to integrate learning, supported lesson planning and more besides.

The practitioners we bring in are highly experienced and really understand the school environment. They are very skilled at working in partnership with teachers on action-based CPD in the classroom.

Teaching is a creative profession; it’s easy to forget that. Our teachers have really enjoyed the experience of focusing on their own creativity and becoming the learner again.
