The knowledge of what us good and what needs improving is empowering to a school.
EMAS UK will work with the school to undertake a full EAL, EMA and BME audit to ensure that every one in the school understands how successful they are and what, if anything, can be improved.
Included in the audit is:
- A half day audit completed by a trained auditor
- A written report showing the successes in the school and recommending future actions
