We have just started using the system in school and have found the customer service superb. We find the system really easy to use and very user friendly. The support team are always really helpful and nothing ever seems too much trouble and I am never made to feel silly with what ever question I ask!

I would just like to say that your ‘on-line’ tutorial was very clear and concise, which gave me confidence with the new system. I look forward to using this in the new financial year as I have used the old system for years! The problem solving support is crucial when setting up a new system and I know this is in place.

I have been using School Fund Manager for a couple of years now. I find it very user friendly. John and his team are always really helpful nothing ever seems too much trouble and I am never made to feel silly with what ever question I ask !

I have been using SFM for more years than I care to remember and it has always been a very user friendly tool. I have taken advantage of the upgrades and new developments along the way and have never been disappointed. The remote access capability is fantastic and this morning it saved hours of my time and angst as the support team were able to come on line, capture a background file, sort out what needed to be sorted and popped it back into my system and hey presto, we were ready to go again. Even when they don't need to come on line the help desk team are always really patient, understanding and helpful. SFM is my security blanket and always what I turn to when I feel the need to have achieved something in the course of a frantic day.

All we can say about school fund is that it is a fantastic tool for all schools. The service we have had from Pebble is fantastic. Every year they have assisted us in whatever we have asked including adding VAT onto the system so that reports can be actioned now we have become an Academy. Well done to everyone.

We use the Pebbles (school fund manager) software system to manage our school fund account. We can not recommend it highly enough particularly the online and telephone support! We have to mention John by name, as not only did he resolve a technical issue we had, he took the time to take the work home with him and sacrificed his dinner!! (The dog was happy!!)...Anyway all joking aside John is an asset to a very efficient and effect service provider! Thank you John!!

Diane and myself would like to say a massive thanks to John without whom we would never have completed our end of year close down, or managed to reinstall our School Fund package and information on to our system following our move to new school building in July, due to the failure of any help and support from our in house IT support.
There have been numerous times when we have been at the end our tether. John has willingly stepped into the void, and sorted out all our problems. He has been extremely professional, efficient, co-operative and cheerful throughout the whole process, like a dog with a bone, not letting go till it was finished. Nothing has been too much trouble for him - and he has also added an element of humour which helps.

Simple to use, excellent reporting, fully exportable, great technical support (make sure you take up this option), everything required for year end. Could not recommend it highly enough!

On completing our End if Year Closedown, I found that I and accidentally not carried forward the figures I needed for the new academic year. I rang the support line and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable Pebble Technician 'John'. He was able to diagnose the fault with my machine and also correct my error by remote support. The whole telephone conversation took around 1 hour, but the technician stayed on line to check that the system was restored correctly, and was able to retrieve all of the data which I had inadvertantly lost!. I would recommend Pebble to anyone, their customer service is brilliant. The technician/consultant was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. 5 Star Service!!

I have been using School Fund for over 3 years now; inputting data is very quick and easy to do. Whenever I have contacted them, staff have been been extremely helpful and supportive. Any issues are resolved very quickly and it is good to know the remote support facility is there when you need it. I would highly recommend this software.

I have been using School Fund Manager for 3 years now and have found it to be a easy and friendly programme to use. The support staff are always willing and able to help, and nothing is ever too much bother for them. Having recently had the accounts audited, our accountant praised the programme for its detailed and accurate information which was obtained in ten minutes and at the press of a button. I would fully recommend any organisation to use this system.
