WebBased's Common Application Process (CAP) is a single application process with real-time benefits.

In response to the DCSF 14-19 Action Plan, our CAP eliminates the need for young people to navigate through endless application processes to find the learning opportunities available to them. With our CAP, staff and students can instantly view the progress of applications in real-time.

For students, this means that they can keep track of what is outstanding, ensuring they complete their application form on time.

For providers, having all data stored securely online removes the cumbersome paper trail and puts the information required at their fingertips.

CAP is part of the 14-19 Solutions suite of products and integrates seamlessly with our Area Prospectus and the e-Individual Learning Planner (e-ILP).
