Service is a rare commodity these days with everyone being so focused on price!
I have been blown away by this company's commitment to service. They've been reactive and helpful at every turn and added functionality to their product in a matter of days.
We're using the new combined payment and communications product and it's brilliant. The office staff love it and have found it super intuitive (which is great for me because it requires less supporting :-)
Faultless!
