Curriculum
Stories from the web Schools focusses on reading for pleasure and encouraging children to be experimental in their reading choices and to use their experiences to inspire them in their own writing. However there is significant evidence to demonstrate that children who read widely are better prepared to achieve academically at school and will have improved literacy and numeracy levels.
