How does this help a school?
Citizenship
The students have to learn how to work together to sustain the fish population. Breaking rules/laws will lead to discussions as how to best deal with the problem, and then put it into practice for the next round!
Teaching & Learning
The idea of the game is to go fishing whilst sustaining the fish population. Students have to create their own rules/laws, which are usually broken, which then leads them onto managing risk and understanding how society works.
