Thinking about Books is a bank of focused literacy activites based on real life good practice in schools that engage children, on thier comprehension abilities and engages them in writing
Thinking about Books is presented as a series of booklets: teacher and pupil booklets in PDF and electronic (PowerPoint) format. Each booklet encourages children to investigate and reflect on their read through focus activities. For example, selecting a character to eject, and consider how that would change the narrative.
