WebBased's e-ILP is an entirely online system that allows young people to personalise and reflect on their learning through familiar online tools such as blogging. Learners create a living document of academic and personal information and targets, choosing which members of staff have access. Staff users can track and monitor learner information such as attendance, mark books and tasks regardless of a learner's home establishment.
