Groupcall Emerge is the perfect solution for users to access information when and wherever it is needed i.e. in an emergency where the school system may be down or access to the school is restricted, thus ensuring staff and student safety is paramount at all times.
Download the free demo App from the iTunes store or Google Play. You will be prompted with a Demonstration screen, which will ask you to connect to the demo server. Select ‘Yes’ if in WiFi range or ‘No’ if not connected to the Internet. Then log in with a password (as created by you) and re-enter the same passcode/pin. This will be the passcode/pin to access the Emerge app at all times. You are now logged into Groupcall Emerge where you can have a play with the dummy data, view student and staff information as well as take registration!
Please note: If you download the ‘App’, you will be given the opportunity to access a dummy database and therefore the pupil and staff information you will see is not real. Please contact us if you would like to trial Emerge with your own school data.

Secure access to the school’s sensitive information is central to the design of Groupcall Emerge. The application is encrypted using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) which is the government standard for the UK. Using this method, meaningful information is scrambled into incomprehensible data that can only be read using a unique 128, 192 or 256 bit key. The overall security has been independently and externally approved.
Emerge has been coded to read data from the main UK based MIS systems and as a result expects English (United Kingdom) and its corresponding system locale, at least for the corresponding user credentials specified to the Xporter service.
