Publisher's description

CAOS Conflict Management provides mediation, conflict coaching and conflict management training.

Mediation can be used for resolving disagreements between parents and schools/local authorities regarding the provision of special education for a child, or it can be used to resolve disagreements between staff, or between a school and parents over issues such as exclusion or difficult relationships between pupils and teachers.

Conflict Coaching is 1-to-1 support for individuals experiencing difficult relationships or communication breakdowns. It can provide support for senior teachers having difficulty in managing staff and for other staff experiencing difficulties with colleagues or parents or pupils.

Conflict management training can help a school resolve difficulties with parents through developing more effective communication and more effective responses to conflict when it arises. All of our training is developed from direct experience of mediating conflict in a range of fields over the last 18 years.
