It is clear that schools are now excessively dependent on ICT in a wide variety of ways.  Whilst the teaching and learning provision for pupils has grown exponentially, to suit demand, school staff have been left it its wake.  Many staff may feel frustrated and demoralised, their ICT skills requirements grow each year and yet training has yet to be provided.

E-Educate is a new innovative product that provides fundamental support and assessment for those professionals working in the Educational system.   For far too long products have been developed for the business market and introduced into schools as CPD tools for teachers and administrators alike.  This material has fallen short in so far as it doesn’t recognise the unique working environment that the schools market provides.  The product is broken down into four categories: Teachers/Administrators/HR and Parents.

Schools require that all administrators and teachers are competent to a certain level in the use of ICT.  However, as yet, a definitive focussed product has not been introduced to support this endeavour.  E-Educate will offer your school a comprehensive set of assessments and training which would standardise the knowledge base of all of your school staff.  It is designed to train, assess and examine and would provide a key component in the delivery of appraisal targets and achievement standards.  It can provide certification and would allow managers to follow the developmental progress of their staff.  Using simple training materials the subjects are discussed and then online assessment materials are offered to check the learning targets.  It will be up to date learning online and allow the staff to study when convenient to them. Once completed to a satisfactory level a subject exam can be taken which would result in-house certification to a set standard alongside the National Occupational Standards set by the government.
