2012 will mark the fourth year of the Guardian's Innovation in Education event which brings together around 200 senior education leaders for an interactive and inspirational day. The event will address the impact of the major reforms taking place across the schools sector and provide solutions to the challenges faced by school leaders. Through sessions led by keynote speakers and facilitated discussion Innovation in Education will present senior leadership teams with opportunities for strategic improvement in a changing system
