The London-based social enterprise already connects schools to over 800 organisations offering personal and professional development programmes. 30% of these are free for schools and students, and with a recommendations feature, they are revolutionising the way schools identify programmes likely to deliver real impact.
Having celebrated a relaunch with their Whole School Improvement conference at Google’s HQ last month, EduKit already has hundreds of teachers registered at over 100 schools across the capital. Entirely free-to-use, and with over 800 diverse, organisations listed, the organisation is fast becoming the place for schools to support for their pupils, whatever their needs or ability levels.
As part of the launch of this new feature, Lambeth Academy, one of EduKit’s partnering schools, is organising an Inclusion Meet for local schools and service providers.
This event is free-of-charge for all teachers and is being held on Wednesday 18th November at 17:30, with great opportunities for teachers to come together to share their ideas from the classroom. There will also be refreshments and the chance to win some great raffle prizes donated by local service providers and businesses.
