Chris is an ICT coordinator in Sefton. He started his teaching in 2004 after graduating from Edge Hill University, initially with a specialism in Maths. ICT soon hooked him and he's been with it ever since. He is interested in new innovations, ideas and seeing success stories, and sees the Internet as the way forward in doing this.

Is Moodle a 'doable' alternative to expensive primary VLEs? Yes, in my opinion.

Moodle is a free source e-learning platform, which allows users to access all kinds of resources (courses), interact with each other, complete tasks that have been set for them and feedback to tutors.  In principle is sounds very good.
