In the Healthy Minds resources, students will learn about the connection between their bodies and minds; explore the impact of food choices, sleep and physical activity on mental wellbeing; and consider strategies to make positive changes in these areas. The resources further explore the body-mind connection and how making positive changes can help students to maintain a healthy mind. Also included is a quiz that provides questions to encourage students to explore their own personal reflection.

Support Networks
Support networks are made up of the people in someone’s life who help them and provide support. In these resources, students will learn about why support networks are important, discover the different types of support networks and explore some of the barriers to seeking support, as well as ways to overcome these barriers. In the lesson, students can learn about the different types of support including motivational support, companionship, emotional support and practical support.
