The SSAT National Conference 2017 will explore how school leaders can be truly evidence-informed in making strategic decisions, how a culture of evidence and research can be embedded across a school or MAT, and the implications of some of the latest research on what we do in schools.
At the heart of the conference is a commitment to being solution focused, by systematically and strategically analysing what will really make a difference for young people. Innovate My School will be in attendance to run a Speed Dating event, wherein business managers will sit down with some of the most exciting game-changers in education, discussing how to effectively disrupt teaching, learning and school administration.
“We are very excited to introduce our new School Business Manager strand at this year’s SSAT National Conference in partnership with Innovate my School,” said SSAT CEO Sue Williamson. “Innovate My School’s fast-paced and informative Speed Dating sessions will truly allow us to illuminate the exciting products and services of our SSAT National Conference Exhibitors. This is the start of strong and collaborative partnership with Innovate My School, an organisation that shares our values to always strive for better for every young person.”

This is an organisation that shares many of the same values as Innovate My School. For example, we are both very passionate about continuing to innovate our education system to improve the life chances of our young people. We do this by supporting senior leaders, giving them tools and information to enable them to make better decisions.
“Speed Dating is an effective and innovative format for introducing senior leaders to education products and services that can really improve student outcomes. We are looking forward to bringing Speed Dating to SSAT’s National Conference, and continuing to work with this progressive organisation to shine a spotlight on practice and products that are proven to make a difference.”
