For 2019-20, Innovate My School will be running a series of free CPD workshops to help schools build their EdTech Strategy.
What’s it all about?
The newly published Department For Education's EdTech strategy calls on industry to support schools in overcoming challenges associated with implementing edtech. However, like any school implementation, a digital strategy consists of a well planned framework to accommodate change and shift in culture. Much too often, schools arm themselves with top of the range technologies only to find that through poor design, analysis and implementation, they are not able to transform the mindsets of their teaching staff. These are expensive mistakes to make and can be avoided.
This workshop, created and delivered by Dr Neelam Parmar, is aimed at supporting senior leaders to increasing a more successful design, implementation and sustainable digital strategy within their school. Delegates will leave with a mini implementation plan to commence their own brave and bold edtech journey.
