The LTA is the National Governing Body of tennis in Great Britain. We are here to govern and grow tennis, from grassroots participation through to the professional game. We work with schools, with volunteers, with coaches and with venues across the whole country and represent the interests of over 685,000 Members, men and women, girls and boys, playing on more than 23,000 courts.
Following the exceptional performance from British breakthrough star Emma Raducanu, who captured her first Grand Slam at the US Open recently, Emmamania is already inspiring pupils aged 4 - 11 to get more involved in tennis - and LTA Youth, the flagship
programme from The LTA, the governing body of tennis in Britain, has teachers across the country covered.
